Who We're Looking For

We’re building a team of Coordinators who care deeply, not just about money, but about people. This isn’t a call center job. It’s not gig work. It’s a professional role that requires consistency, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to help.

Our most successful Coordinators aren’t always from finance backgrounds. Many come from education, healthcare, customer service, or operations; Fields where listening, guiding, and following through really matter.

Coordinator Growth Ladder

Every Coordinator starts as a contractor with full training and access to our tools, but for those who deliver consistent results, a long-term path opens up. As you grow your client base, you unlock more support, more income potential, and eventually… a seat at the table.

Trainee Coordinator

  • Complete onboarding and training

  • Begin helping your first clients with hands-on support from HQ

  • Goal: Deliver real savings and build trust with your first 5–50 clients within 1-3 months

  • Independent Coordinator

  • Manage 50–150 clients at your own pace

  • Earn recurring income through monthly coordination and service results

  • Gain referrals by creating strong outcomes

  • Eligible for performance bonuses

  • Goal: Build your book of business and stay consistent for 3-6 months

    Senior Coordinator

  • Proven ability to serve a large active client base

  • Eligible to receive a paid assistant (funded by HQ) to support client tasks

  • Focus more on client experience and business growth

  • Eligible for performance bonuses

  • Goal: Multiply your results with less admin time within 6 months- 1 Year

  • Partner Coordinator

  • You’ve built a stable, scalable book of business

  • Manage your pod with support from one or more assistants

  • May transition to W2 employee status

  • Eligible for profit-sharing and performance bonuses

  • Goal: Scale beyond solopreneurship with long-term backing from HQ. 1 Year+
